FAQs 

 How much does it cost to stay in your villa?

Our rates vary from season to season.  To view our rates please see our Rates section.  

Does it cost extra for pool heat?

Yes we charge an additional £105 / $199 per week.  

Do I have to clean the property before I leave?

No.  We have a professional cleaning company who clean the property both before you arrive and after you depart.  We do of course provide cleaning materials for your convenience.   

Can we bring our pets?
     

No, we have a strict no pets policy.

Do we have to bring linen and towels?

No, we provide all linen and towels for your stay. We do recommend that if you are bringing a baby that you supply your own for the baby in case your baby has an allergy to the soap powder used to wash our linen. 

Do you have a cot and highchair at your villa?

We provide a travel cot and a highchair free of charge. 

What is the earliest time we can arrive at your villa and depart?

Arrival time at the property is after 4pm. You must vacate by 10am on the date of your departure, unless otherwise pre-arranged.  

How close are the nearest shops and restaurants?

Towards Orlando the nearest shops are at Champions Gate where you will find a Publix supermarket which is a five minute drive.  Also at Champions Gate is a selection of restaurants.   A few minutes to the south is the small town of Davenport which also has shops and restaurants.  Five minutes from Davenport you can also find a large Wal-Mart and other shops and places to eat.

How far away are the theme parks?

The Disney Parks are from about a 15 minute drive away and the Universal parks are 30 minutes. 

Who can we contact if we have a problem at the villa?

We have a 24hr management company who are at hand throughout your stay.  We will give you contact details prior to your arrival at our villa.
